Privacy policy

This page explains what personal information Spacemelon Media collects, why we collect it, and your choices. Spacemelon Media is run by Vaibhav Sahu in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.

1. What we collect

When you contact us through our form, WhatsApp, phone, email or Instagram, we collect what you share with us: usually your name, phone number, email address, business name and details about your enquiry.

2. How we use it

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, discuss and provide our services, send you quotes, updates and reports, and keep basic business records. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with services we use to run our business, such as our email provider, our website hosting provider (Cloudflare) and the messaging apps you choose to contact us on (WhatsApp, email or Instagram), and only as needed to provide our services. We may share information if the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as we work together and as required by law. After that, we delete them.

5. Cookies and analytics

Our website does not use tracking cookies or analytics, and it does not store what you type into the contact form. The form only opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message ready to send, and nothing is sent until you send it yourself.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address when a page loads. Our website host may also keep standard server logs. If you tap our mascot Melo, your browser remembers for that visit only that you opened the message, and this is not sent to us. If we add analytics in future, we will update this page first.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Just email us and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

7. Contact

For any privacy question or request, contact Vaibhav Sahu at vaibhav@spacemelonmedia.in or +91 99932 39008.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
